Easy installation, great service

I had great success with this. It worked first time out of the box and continued to work in Tokyo, Kyoto and even on the Bullet Train. It lasted all day and was super fast. I will definitely be getting this next time. Just a handy hint: they give you a prepaid envelope to post it back, but the post box at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 was so full I just about managed to post it. This could be a problem if the post box was full and you're already at the airport.

Didn’t know what to expect as a foreigner, but the process to pick up and eventually drop off is super easy. The device quickly connects and last quite a while No issues whatsoever Highly Recommend this.

We picked up our mobile hotspot from the airport and used it for 8 days while we traveled through Japan. It was awesome. The coverage was flawless. Be sure to charge the hotspot and extra battery every night. In fact, just plug the extra battery into the hot sport before leaving for the day. We dropped ours off at a post box at Haneda. Super easy. Way better than paying for US based international plans. Be aware though, it is a hotspot, so if you wonder off and are out of range, you will drop the internet. So plan ahead. Overall, would recommend. It was awesome and way cheaper than US based data plans.
