Great customer service when I needed it! My WiFi device had issues and eventually failed but customer service promptly responded within a few hours with solutions to try and access to eSIM until they could send me another device. A replacement t device was mailed to me at my hotel within 48 hours. Mishaps with hardware occur but what made a difference was the customer service to resolve it. When I got the new device it worked perfectly fine for the rest of my travels.

We picked up the device at Tokyo haneda terminal 3, we set it up together and didn’t stop working ever since. Reliable, fast speeds until we dropped it off at a post mailbox.

Excellent service! It was delivered to my hotel before I arrived. I carried it everywhere, always on. I had to charge it twice a day with the power bank I had. I was using it for WhatsApp video calls, directions, and AI info for tourism. Really highly recommended. It was also easy to return using their pre-filled envelope and just dropping it in a mailbox.

Very easy to obtain the device and use. The battery lasted all day and it also came with a power bank. Never had any issues with the device and it helped us on our trip. Will gladly reuse again on my return to Japan.
