Easy to use and return. Worked perfectly for our 2 weeks trip. Returned via post, 0 hassle and internet until we passed the gate at the airport. The pick up point was a bit hard to find, it was in an officebuilding, we thought we were tresspassing :') very friendly helpful staff (australian guy)

Easy pick up right after you pass through customs in Haneda. Worked perfect for the week in Japan. Charge on unit lasted entire day for texting, email and phone calls. No streaming done.

This device was really easy to use and return! I only had one day where I had trouble, but it was due to the hotel area having a horrible dead zone, which drained the battery, and then the extra power bank as well. Once I realized, it was all good :) turned it off and ran off the hotel wifi while there. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Didn’t have any issues with connection. The device was lightweight and it came with a return envelope, which was convenient. Happy with the rental.
