I'll rent one again next time I come to Japan or to Thailand if your service is available there.

Although two connected devices leave battery for 12 hours, speed and robustness is high

C'est super ! Il a fonctionné les 14 jours. On a eu un seul jour où ça a coupé mais tout était écrit sur la notice et ça a refonctionner. On avait le wifi même dans le métro top !

Used for 2 weeks, had no problems, worked flawlessly. A full charge lasted most of the day, if we needed more just attached to the accompanying battery pack and we were good to go. Would highly recommend, was waiting for us at the hotel, easy to drop off in prepaid mail.

The wifi was delivered at the hotel - and getting it up and running was very easy. Day 2 we faced an issue - the wifi went offline, but proactively resolved by Japan-Wireless, an engineer came over and fixed it late in the night. Later during the trip, we had an issue with Softbank outage - the wifi was replaced with Docomo. Though there were issues - we highly appreciate the service provided by Japan-Wireless. Top-class and would recommend them again!

No doubt! if you’re traveling in Japan you NEED it! And works great everywhere and when I say everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE!
