This pocket wifi had a strong and fast connection even with multiple users. The battery life lasted for most of the day and came with a portable power bank to charge it with whenever the battery ran out. It was so convenient to have and without it we would have had a lot more trouble navigating around and finding out about specific things in the places we traveled to. Also all the instructions given were easy to understand and returning the device was quick as it came with a return envelop that just had to be placed in any post box.

Convenient to pick up at airport. Used it everyday to find our way around. A must have tool for travel in Japan.

Though it wasn't the cheapest to rent this product, it was worth it. Used it all day every day to get from place to place - where would we be without google maps? Though the battery will die adter 8 hours or so, carrying the portable charger meant we were never without it. No issues with the product, easy to use and never faulted. Would highly recommend this over getting a sim (our friends had a sim and i'd say we were definitely better off).
