Great product, great service!

This is the best-priced pocket wifi, and trust me, I spent several days bargain hunting. It was straight forward to pickup the device from the post office at the airport. There were instructions in English on how to use and troubleshooting. I had no connectivity issues, except when we were travelling to very rural parts of Japan. The battery is not quite as long as advertised, but their was a battery pack provided, so we never ran out of battery. They provide you with a return envelope that you can post back at any postbox in the airport. The return date is noon after the day you have selected, so you get an extra half day use (i.e. you select today to return, you have until tomorrow noon to post it back). You can also use it in their underground, which was a nice surprise! I would definitely use this again on my return visit to Japan.

We had 4 people using the WiFi constantly when we were out and about in Japan. The connectivity was fantastic - we were almost always connected and had strong signal/band width. Was very helpful especially finding our way around Japan. Definitely a must have while in Japan. Would be nice for other countries to offer this as well.

I rented JW MiFi for a week long family trip in Tokyo. We used the service extensively with all family devices around Tokyo, including underground and skyscrapers. We received good coverage and capacity everywhere we went for the whole family and our many devices. Ordering and returning was also easy.

This worked great. I would highly recommend this while traveling in Japan.

It was a great idea to rent this device. We were able to use the unlimited data and be in touch with our home. It worked properly everywhere - on the streets, in our accomodation, in metro! Thank you!

We were so lucky to have the pocket Wi-Fi with us - for some information about the restaurant/sight, navigation, translation etc. There were also an extra power bank to charge the pocket Wi-Fi but we rarely needed it as the battery of our pocket Wi-Fi was enough for a day.
Be careful, it gets quite warm in your bag.
The pick-up and return were easy.
I can recommend it for any tourist in Japan.
