Worked great and easy

First of all, the service is amazing. We ordered right before flying out to japan and were a bit worried that it might not arrive on time. But it all worked out perfectly - it was already waiting for us at the airport. To return you just have to drop it off - super simple!
The portable wi-fi is very easy to use and came in very handy throughout the whole trip - you have the connection everywhere you go. If you go to the mountains you might lose the connection from time to time, besides that it works splendid. And the price here is the best you can get!

I didn’t quite know why the kit comes with a battery bank until one day i left it in hotel. Then I ran out off battery with the pocket WiFi in the early afternoon and my regular battery bank for my phone not working with the pocket WiFi. Highly recommend to bring the battery with you if you plan to stay outside for over 5 houra. Other than that, it’s very helpful and convenient.

Our pocket WiFi worked well throughout our stay. It was very helpful that they provided a portable charger as well. Additionally, you are able to pick up and drop off at the NRT airport post office.

I was very happy with how the order was processed. Customer service was very efficient and responded to my queries in a timely manner.
