The best desicion made travelling to Japan! Always connected, received the device at the hotel, and everything ready for the returning at the airport!!

The router was a good investment and worked for about 8-9 hours a day. It comes with a portable battery charger which is great if you are spending a lot of time our of your hotel like I did. It did its job but honestly there are WIFI hotspots everywhere. From the hotel, subway, stores, cafes, and restaurants. You might not need it like you think you do. Especially if you are pre-planning your trip. But overall, it was a good investment.

Was great to have internet at all times

Easy to take it at the airport and to return it by post office. Very useful for wandering in Tokyo : never lost. It was for a four family!

Love the service and professionalism of the company. The WiFi worked amazing. Everywhere I went, even underground in the subway. I highly recommend the portable pocket WiFi to anyone.

A must have when traveling to Japan

Customer service was very professional. We had a problem connecting and they were on it right away. Even gave us a refund since we cut short out trip. Very much recommended. Will definitely use them again when we go back to Japan.

Renting a pocket WiFi was one of the best decisions we made when we visited Japan!! We walked about ten miles everyday and never ran out of battery. It was easy to pick up at the airport when we landed and very convenient to drop off. Can’t recommend Japan Wireless enough!

I struggled a bit to decide whether to go with the picket wifi or a sim card. The pocket wifi was definitely the right choice. If performed extremely well. Service was excellent with great customer support.
