After a lot of searching reviews ,we decided to use Japan wireless for our portable wifi device ,very easy to use site ,arranged hotel delivery , Japan wifi also supply a a back up power unit ,we also took protection insurance which was reasonably priced and a language translator which was well priced

Easy and seamless from ordering, to getting the delivery to my hotel. Returning was a breeze just drop off at the mail box at the airport. Instructions were clear and service was prompt

It was smooth and great service all aspect! Easy pick up and drop off. It was very fast internet and worked even small town in mountain. Very handy to have when you move to next destination,
find restaurants and alternative routes/options. We didn’t need to carry power bank (bit heavy) as long as it was charged overnight.
We will use Japan-wireless again if we visit Japan next time!
