It was incredibly convenient and easy to use, and made working while traveling, or just using my phone on the train (of which there was plenty of time) a much better experience. This helped navigate and search what I needed so much faster and reliable than my cell phone network service.

I requested a pocket wifi router quite last minute but Japan Wireless took good care of my order and sent it to my hotel as soon as possible. The package included everything I needed plus few nice-to-have items. The instruction was easy to follow and I was able to set it up in no time. The pre-labeled return envelope was very convenient. I'd use the service again for my next trip to Japan.

When I picked the pocket WiFi, it was fully charged and was able to use it throughout the day straight out of the box. Never lost connection and was fast speed.

my first unit didnt work. i got it when i arrived in tokyo. 2 days later i got the replacement unit at my hotel in hakone, just as i instructed. i feel very valued. the next time im in japan i know which provider to go to. kampai!

The wifi worked perfectly well during all my stay around Japan. Very effective and I picked up it at the AirPort.
