Ordered it at the last minute while waiting for our flight to Japan. While that wasn't enough time to get a kit shipped to the airport for us, there was great communication and we could arrange it to be delivered to our hotel the next day. The unit was so convenient, we didn't need sim cards. Also the unit had great reception, good speed and the battery lasted the whole day so we didn't need to use the spare battery. Highly recommended

Japan Wireless's Pocket Wifi device and service are exceptional. With a little assistance from the airport employees, I was able to find their counter at Haneda International airport. The checkout process was seamless, and I was able to connect to the device within a couple of minutes. I used the device for the entirety of my week-long vacation and never experienced any technical difficulties. I will gladly use their service on future trips to Japan.

Pickup and drop off we’re super easy, as we picked up from the airport post office. The Wi-Fi units were also really easy to use and didn’t ever really fail us even when we were in quite remote areas. The whole experience was rather seamless and I would highly recommend!
