Had the pocket Wifi delivered to my hotel room the night before my arrival then dropped it off at the airport before I left Japan. The entire process was so convenient and the device even came with a power bank which was an added convenience. Thank you for the great service and I’ll definitely avail of your service again when I return to Japan next year.

I picked up the device from the post office in the Narita airport , it came with an extra battery charger and cables, everything you need. Logging in to the Wi-Fi was via QR code so it was very easy and fast no passwords to type or remember. Speed was reliable. Return was very easy, place everything in the prepaid envelope and drop it back into the post office box at the airport. Would recommend again.

The device had excellent service throughout Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo.

I got the Premium Wifi package which gave me wifi anywhere that is as fast as my own internet back home.

Do remember to charge it overnight and bring a powerbank if you're expecting to be on the move all day.
