Very great product. Easy to pick up and drop off. Battery life was also amazing and lasted almost the whole day before using the complimentary portable charger(another huge plus). I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again on my next trip to Japan!

Very excellent service

We visited Japan several weeks ago and upon arrival our Premium Wi-Fi device was waiting for us. The device worked perfectly throughput our trip, even on the bullet train. I fully recommend Japan Wireless to anyone wanting reliable internet.

The collection at the airport was quick and easy, the service was great (family of four used the link for the entire trip with no need to roam on our phones) and simple dropped it on the post box at the airport. Great value for us.

We used Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Japan. Everything was waiting for us upon our arrival in Tokyo and was exactly what we needed. It was excellent and so easy to use. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling to Japan.

Great product; everything went well except 1 item. The exception is the incorrect usb charging cable provided; it should be "type C" but wasn't. Other than that, everything was great, from pickup at airport (Haneda), to using it all over Tokyo area, to dropping it off at departure terminal's mail box. It was really easy. Great service and process!
