The WiFi box work like a charm - great price and product :-)

I have used japan wireless a number of times every time i am in japan. So convenient to use from ordering to picking up the the unit to sending it back again. Of course the reliability on its internet service is so efficient and consistent

It worked great! Delivered to my hotel on time & was easy to drop off at the airport. The battery life lasted most of the day! On longer days I brought the extra battery pack. It worked great for two people to share.

I would not have survived two weeks on tokyo without this. So handy with Google Maps.

It was the best decision I made before my trip to Japan...

Only thing was difficult was to pick it up at the airports not super easy but other than that worked great !

Great from start to finish Waiting at the hotel for us when we arrived.Instructions easy to follow.Couldn’t have managed to navigate Tokyo and surrounding areas without it Very easy to return .Thankyou
