I picked up the mobile device it the airport and it was ready for use. I would definitely rent one in the future.

Comming from Denmark/Europe visiting Tokyo for 10 days, we needed a simple, cheap and reliable Internet Source (compared to our danish provider). And we found it. Picked it up at the airport, and returned it in the mailbox at the airport. Setup was very easy.

This is a must whenever traveling to Japan.

This is my first time to use this pocket wifi , it really good and covenience with reasonable price compared with Samuraii wifi which we alway used (price more expensive)
We shall use it again on our next visit on Oct-Nov.

Easy to use, charged overnight and lasts until night, power bank didn’t work but I had my own anyway, reliable wifi, delivered to hotel and dropped off at a post box at Haneda airport on our way home :)

Used it for my stay in Japan- was solid and worked as advertised. Do note you may need a different charging cable, mine was defective so I had to purchase another one.
