Had service almost everywhere and was quite fast!

Item was available at the time/place requested, and the wifi service was strong in most places. Return was super convenient, and was finalized at the airport upon leaving Japan.

Easy to setup. Picked up right at Narita airport post office and able to drop off at post office box at Narita right before going through security at Narita airport on our way back.reception was great. Only few places I couldn’t get a good reception. With the battery backup, it lasted all day.

Super easy, convenient, and useful from day 1 to the last day. I recommend this for people who travel together/family members etc. The rates are not too bad, and I am so grateful I used this during my month travel in Japan.

arrived in haneda without booking a wifi egg and i walked and saw the counter and the woman was so super friendly told me the costs including the insurance and it was so easy. when i departed from haneda just went downstairs to arrivals and dropped it off and that was it. next time in japan will use this company again. thanks so much

I’ve travelled through Japan both with and without the wifi card. It’s both cheaper and far less hassle. The hotel delivery and return satchel mate the process easy.
