Easy to use; arrived at hotel before I got there. Easy to return.

Picked up at airport, used it all over Japan for a family of four, easy drop-off mail return. Worked great and saved three of us from having to pay for daily cellular access :)

Helped us a lot with our travels in Japan we could go places with ease good thing we got 2 units we gave one pocket wifi to my daughter and her friend because they like to roam around by themselves and six of us shared in one of the pocket wifi that we rented it is very very useful

This worked very well all over Japan. Perfect for our family of four with the extra battery pack.

Worked perfectly, even when other people around me had poor connection. With the portable charger, Wi-Fi posted all day. Also tended to be cheaper than unlimited SIM cards or other pocket Wi-Fi’s for short duration.
