This pocket wifi was very useful when we were traveling around Tokyo since we can access Google maps. I was grateful that I chose the delivery option to hotel since we had to catch our scheduled airport limo bus. The package was waiting for me at the hotel (make sure to mention name of the person of the hotel reservation if different). Package arrived with the wifi unit and charger, etc. The battery of the router lasted the whole day, I shut it off when at the hotel and charge overnight for the following day. It provided great range for us (3 shared devices/ phones). The company also made it easy to return the router by mail. Thank you.

We had a premium wifi hotspot for our trip to Japan in Dec 23 for a month. It was fantastic to have it handy when you needed to translate some japanese or just sort out a train schedule. The device came in a nice bag with cable, charger and a small power bank. The device can run all day on a single charge. Pick up was easy at Haneda Airport and to return simply put it in the supplied post bag and drop it in a port box. Highly recommended.

Was up 100% of the time. Easy to pick up, easy to use, easy to drop off. I'm planning another trip in September and will use this service again. I'm glad it exists and I'm glad it works just as it says. It's a massive relief to be connected everywhere I go consistently and took so much stress off my shoulders.

Absolutely excellent! We travelled to Japan in January and decided to try the wireless router option as we knew using data on our phones would be very costly. For the price of the package and brilliant coverage, it is definitely worth it! We used wifi everyday and it was particularly helpful being able to navigate with maps as most of the attractions/tourist sites were not easily locatable by signage alone. It was also helpful for us to connect to the internet to plan restaurants and bars along the way. Super helpful, I was initially skeptical but so glad I went with Japan Wireless and would definitely use this option again.

These worked so well for our family, we had 2 of these so the kids could take one skiing if they went off by themselves and still call us. Never had an issue with lack of reception, we could connect all our phones & computers to them, even watched movies on Netflix. Excellent product.

This pocket wifi worked very well for us while we traveled in Japan for 12 days. Connectivity was fast and solid. Pickup at the Haneda airport was easy and drop off was putting the device and charger into a pre-addressed envelope Ninja Wifi provided us with and popping it into a mailbox at the airport, so very convenient. The only drawback we found was that the charge never lasted the day, and that there wasn't enough charge on the portable charger to fully keep it powered, though we charged both in the hotel each night.
