We used for a month and no big issues. Mainly for GPS, maps, emails, sns, etc. Overall satisfied with the service.
Just be careful when charging, I don't know if was our cable that came weak (slow charging or no charging) so we had to use another cable to charge device.

We were able to use the device with no issues. I used it for 3 phones and the WiFi was very fast. Although you have to carry the device with you, it’s small and not heavy. Will rent again. Highly recommended and easy to return just drop off straight at the airport mailbox.

Service is great and consistent with delivery to the hotel; have rented multiple times. Return is very easy - great maps of the post boxes at the major airports. This most recent rental, there were intermittent connectivity issues with the wifi router, which had not previously been the case with other rentals. The unit provided this time was also a different model (older?) which may have contributed to the connectivity issues. Overall, pleased with the rental experience and would rent again from the company.

Used this pocket wifi with charger package for our 10 days in Japan. Was easy to pick up, set up, and use, and easy to return, even though we flew out of a different airport than the one we arrived in. The WiFi battery lasted for most, if not all day, but it was helpful to have the backup battery when it was an extra long day and the charge was running low. We just made sure to recharge it at the hotel at night so it was full for the next day. Light and easy to carry.
