Fantastic

I am so glad that I got the business wi-fi with Japan Wireless. My mum and I run the admin department for our small family business in Australia and the wifi kept us going for our two week trip. It was also great to use when we're out and about to find our way around.

Excellent connectivity, excellent customer service

The wifi device we had worked really well. There were prety much no problems with it at all. In fact, I can't remember a time we lost connection.

It worked very well except battery life. I had to carry extra battery all time. Overall It worked well and I satisfied.

Easy to use, good connection, reliable

Having data available any time took a lot of the stress away as we were easily able to check maps, check reviews of where we wanted to go, use online translation services and know when trains and buses were. Would certainly recommend.
