Had it delivered to my hotel, it was there early and the desk kept it for me. Clear instructions with included sim card size adapters and sim tray opening tool. Great signal coverage, decent speed, never ran out of data. Highly recommend

I accidentally got the 15 day sim when I actually wanted the 30 day sim. They were able to quickly respond and refund my order so I could reorder the correct one. Pickup is easy because they give you a map and the employees at the counter are expecting you so it was an extremely smooth process to pick up my sim. The sim comes with clear instructions and a Sim pick to help you install it, again an effortless process. My phone (Samsung galaxy 20FE) was compatible and I never had to worry about not having internet access or not having enough GB because it is unlimited. Cost effective and easy, will definitely use again.

I rented a pocket wifi unlimited data for 2 months and was very satisfied with the Service. Ordering online was easy, collection at Narita Airport too and connection simple to set. The network worked very well throughout my month-long tour of southern Japan. The device's battery performs well, and I never needed to use the powerbankthat came with it. I was supposed to send the pocket wifi back from Narita but my flight was cancelled and non re-scheduled, so I went to their office in Shimbashi, bought a data sim online and a very nice person who speaks English installed it in my phone and connect it.
