Highly recommend. Never without wifi throughout japan

I have used this service every time I've traveled to japan at this point. The wifi has been fast and reliable every where I have traveled which includes big cities like Tokyo and Sapporo as well as small town along the coast in Hiroshima-ken.

I was pleased with the service and coverage of the pocket WiFi. Anytime I visit Japan I always get a pocket WiFi from Japan wireless. Very easy to pick up and set up. Without it. I would be lost.

Great product, easy to install, and start. The coverage was great all around Tokyo, compact to carry, and all the information was available. will get it again when I am back in Japan.

This is the first time I travel to Japan and watched multiple reviews from youtube on which wireless provider is best to use for wi-fi services and choosing JAPAN wireless is the best choice. Its easy to use and location is very easy to find. Will definitely use it again

It was the second time I used the pocket wifi by Japan Wireless. It was a good choice, it worked well all days and nights at a reasonable price.

I have used it 6 trips to Tokyo, easy to pick up at the airport or waiting for you at the hotel.. works everywhere I go. Must have it during my stay there

All in, for 25 days, was $106. This covered both of our phones and WiFi calling back home to the States was seamless. Way cheaper than using AT&T's International Plan if your phones are locked and you can't use an E-Sim.

10 days of great performance. Only failed for few moments (each one > than 30 seconds) during the Shinkansen trip Kyoto-Tokyo.
Great value for the money spent.
