Japan Wireless made my Tokyo trip amazing! Pickup at Narita was seamless, and returning the device was a breeze. The pocket WiFi was incredibly user-friendly and came with a power bank. Speeds were amazing across Tokyo. An outstanding service—highly recommended!

The router is flawless. It had strong signal everywhere I went in Japan and I got even in the woods or mountains. I had 2 phones connected to it and it worked perfect since this was my only alternative cause my phone doesn't support eSim.
The whole process went smoothly since I picked it up at the Narita airport to the drop off in the post box in Haneda airport.
Just reserve it and you are all set up.
I will definitely get a router from Japan wireless when I'll be back for another trip to Japan.

Fast and reliable Pocket WiFi service with great coverage.

Easy pick up and returns. Clear instructions. Did not lose connection throughout our trip, despite traveling across provinces in Kyushu. Definitely our go to pocket wifi provider in Japan.

Great customer experience. Picked up portable wifi at Haneda airport and started using it right away. Worked without any issues in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Fukuoka. Easy return by dropping into postal box at airport. Would use again.

ive been using japan wireless in all my trips to japan. and i have no complaints. coverage is consistent and strong, battery life is more than adequate (they provide a spare battery pack) and their procedure is simple, from airport pick up to return. love it.
