This device was amazing for our phones which were locked with American cell service providers. We used the portable wifi for 16 days and only needed the backup power supply once when we forgot to charge it overnight. Couldn't be happier with how easy it was to pickup/drop off. Great value!

Had zero issues with my Pocket WiFi unit. When I did have a question, it was promptly answered and addressed.

I used this pocket Wi-Fi with unlimited data for 52 days and it was great! Never caused me any issues. Very rarely it would “lag” for maybe 15 seconds in a video but then it was back to normal, that only happened a few times in the whole 52 days. I will definitely be using this company for my future Japan trips!

Very easy and convenient

The pocket wifi was available as soon as i got to my terminal/airport (Narita). good quality, good battery life and came with a charger and portable battery which was also of good quality. I was able to drop the pocket wifi in a mailbox at Narita airport. Would recommend and use again 100%.

With my cell provider, roaming was going to be expensive. I'd read that SIMs didn't give full coverage across Japan, and that was definitely the case with some of my friends. Pocket wifi was always working, and lasted the whole day on one charge. It was ideal for using both Google maps and translate, as well as chatting with friends to arrange meet up points.

Easy pick-up at Haneda and great performance from our pocket wi-fi throughout our recent trip. Highly recommend!
