My experience with the Pocket WiFi I got from Japan Wireless was incredible. One of the few that will deliver to the hotel. I never had a drop in service anywhere, and when I messed up the return, they worked quickly with me to allow me to return it over seas! All in all I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!
