Pocket wifi pick-up and drop off was easy. Only issue is that it didn't last 20 hours as advertised.

No complaints. Held a pretty decent charge for all day use, and if not, then the addition of the power bank was very useful. Used in place of hotel wifi in many places and never thought it slowed down for the 17 days of use for two people.

found the pick up location very easily in the terminal, the instructions were easy to follow to set up. super helpful always having internet available. & the price was great.

We organized to pick-up from our hotel. The package was there upon our arrival. We had no stress setting up and were never worried about having an internet connection while we had this on us. Great communication and product. Will be recommending to our friends and family for their Japan travel needs!

The service is very easy to use. There was a slight delay in receiving the device, but it was due to the weather (snow storm) which is understandable. I was refunded for the days I didn't have it and they were able to re-route my order to my next hotel. The return label and map of location drop-offs made this very convenient to return. I would recommend this product to my friends and family visiting Japan

Easy to order and use. Well explained procedures for pickup and drop off. Device worked great my whole 2 weeks in Japan.

We had an issue because it seemed to have limited data, I contacted them and they offered to send us a new one. In the end we waited and saw if the limit was real, we reached the limit but still had internet without any problems so decided not to change the device. They were very helpful and the pocket wifi worked great too.

The Pocket Wifi is perfect, the WiFi speed is very fast, the connection is very reliable, the battery lasts for a whole day. The provided a bag, USB-C cord, and power bank is very helpful. The pickup and return process is very easy. The customer service is very helpful too, my flight got delayed for 2 hours. I've contacted their Customer Service about my situation because I might not make it to the JTB service center in Narita Terminal 1 because of my delayed flight. I had an option to have a new device shipped to my hotel but with an additional pay. I was able get to the JTB Center in time so, I never had to have a new device sent to me. Don't hesitate to get their devices. It's excellent!
