Service. First one picked up at airport defective. They delivered new one right away to my hotel. Wifi worked great and lasted a long time without recharge.

We loved using it; was everything that was promised. Needs charging every night but never lost power in the day. Maybe an eSim is better and easier but we went with this!

This was worth every cent. Invaluable as we could all have easy access to the internet. I would highly reccommend.
