We used the Pocket Wifi across 3 cities - Kyoto, Hiroshima & Tokyo.
At no point did we have any issues with connecting our phones to the device or being able to access data.

Good as always. Used this pocket wifi for a few times now and never had a problem. One thing this time though, they gave me the wrong cable to charge the pocket WiFi. But since I had one with me from my phone it wasn't a big deal for me

It was the greatest device ever while in Japan as my husband were able to access wifi while travelling about across numerous regions. Small
enough to fit in my fanny pack. Pick up and return process at Narita was hassle free. I highly recommend it.

Worked very well with long battery life.

Area coverage is pretty good and I did not run into places where it does not work. Speed is also decent. Them providing you with a 5000 mAH is helpful if you're using the pocket wifi everywhere.
