This is the second time we're rented the Premium WIFI from Japan Wireless. We had three people using this together for work-related purposes and tourism. It always worked. Speed is true to claims. We would never have survived if we had attempted to rely on spotty free wifi throughout the trips. Battery lasts approx. 8-10 hours. Use the charger they give you. Do not let it die on you or you'll have to reboot the system again. Otherwise, everything great. Easy delivery to our hotel and drop off at Narita as we left.

We used the Pocket Wifi with 2 phones, for 2 weeks, nonstop using Googlemap, Internet, Apps and even Pokemon go during our stay in Japan.

This was easily one of the best decisions to rent one for my 3 week trip. The internet was faster then any hotel I stayed in as well and never lost connection once. Pick up and drop off was as simple as it could possibly be

It was an extraordinary experience, the device worked flawlessly everywhere, in subway stations, on the train, it was connected with 4 participants and that over 8 days without any problems. Although the device is in Japanese. English instruction was pretty simple. My device was not linking on day 4 for a bit and only 1 return envelope for 2 kits. Hard to fit in mailbox for return at kix
