A pocket Wi-Fi is a must have when traveling to Japan. Japan Wireless delivered ours to our hotel so it was waiting when we arrived and it included a return mailer that we gave to our front desk when we left. Everything worked perfectly and was easy to carry. Thank you!

We were happy with the wi-fi, it worked perfectly for two weeks that we travelled in Japan.

The device worked as expected for our family. It handled all of our data faster than the network around the city.

We have never been to Japan before and found this on the US website. It is a God-send. When we got to the hotel, it was shipped there already. The device was not fully charged but it came with a spare battery which lasted the whole day. Everyday I charged the device and the spare battery so that a group of 4 used the wifi without any issues in 4 different cities in Japan, including the JR train and metro. The drop off was very easy at the airport before the security check in. Simply put in the evenlop
