I used the pocket wifi for 12 days in Japan and I had absolutely no issues. From pickup to drop-off everything worked seamlessly. The internet speed was always fast and was a vital aid in helping us navigate Japan.

I made the order for the pocket wi fi with Japan Wireless only a few days before I went to Japan. The pocket arrives in time, in only some minutes I was connected and I din'nt have any problem at all. I strongly recommend Japan Wireless to those travelling to Japan.

The wifi hub was a fantastic companion on our journey. Always connected, specifically the kids, and very good battery lifetime. Never had to use the extra battery.
Easy setup (none basically) and no disturbances at all during three weeks.

We had ours delivered to our hotel in Akihabara after pre-ordering a week beforehand - it worked extremely well all over (we travelled mostly between Tokyo and Kyoto), with an entire family's internet use (usually 7 devices were connected at any one time). Used 30gb of data over 8 days, and it certainly made our visit much easier (Google Maps and Google Translate)! Would definitely use again if I make it to Japan in the future.

So glad we rented this pocket wifi for our recent trip to Japan. It was conveniently delivered our hotel upon arrival and it worked beautifully. Unfortunately the charger that came with the unit did not work but that was ok because we brought our own. Highly, highly recommend!
