It is a great product. It is small, weighs little and the battery lasts all day with two phones connected. also, there are an external battery to recharge very useful.

The visual explanation to pick up at the airport is great and yo can return it by mail to any mailbox in Japan

Service was excellent, worked flawlessly and everywhere i went my 2.5 weeks in Japan. On the train, in a taxi, hotels, bars, restaurants, soccer/rugby stadiums, walking down the street, Do not recall ever being without service.

It was waiting for me at my Hotel when I checked in , and returning was simple and exactly as advertised. Placed in provided return envelope and dropped in mail box.

It was faster than most hotel wireless, and once placed in my pants pocket was not looked at again until I recharged it at night. Spare battery was never needed but was a welcome addition. Highly recommended.

I live in a rural area and needed the wifi for a short trip away. Normally most “next day delivery” arrives two or three days later but this bad boy arrived exactly the next day when they said it would arrive. It come in a great little pouch which makes keeping everything together so much easier for travel. They gave me a charger which I was also able to use on my phone which made the long distances traveled so much easier. The actual wifi device is so incredibly easy to use particularly for those of us who are technologically challenged. It was so functional and convenient. I have recommended it to all of my friends and the rental price is so cheap which makes it so much more attractive. I plan on using this company for all my domestic travel needs in the future.

This wireless arrangement was a great way to share our amazing trip to Tokyo. Wherever we were we had a great connection and it was fast too. Delivery of the modem as a pick up at the hotel reception was great and drop off so convenient also. We won't hesitate to use this again when we next visit Japan.

Very useful to have. I have visited Tokyo before without knowing about your service. I did find there was some delay in receiving messages when I was in Hakone but I assume it was the terrain that perhaps blocked the signal. Anyway, I will definitely use your service the next time I am in Tokyo
