This is my 2nd time renting from Japan Wireless. It's easy to rent ahead of time, get delivered to your hotel and then just drop in the mail after you are done. The wifi is so convenient to have wherever you are and you don't have to worry about logging in and you can share amongst people and other devices

Worked great, battery usually lasted all day. The extra battery pack was a great bonus for longer days. Customer service was great, we were supposed to pick up device at airport due to a delayed flight we were unable to. They shipped shipped device same day to our hotel there was a $10-13 fee but worth it, I recommend shipping to your hotel to prevent issues if you have a flight delay.
