It was easy to use, very handy. We never lost connection even when we were mobile. We will definitely recommend this.

I used this pocket Wi-Fi as back up in case my esim didn’t work & it was perfect. It was also super easy to return, so whenever I go back to Japan, I will gladly buy the pocket Wi-Fi from here again.

Device worked perfectly as advertised.

Apart from a small mishap in the beginning when the delivery got delayed and we received our wifi a day later than we were supposed to (I really recommend booking earlier than 2 days before arrival), everything worked as it was supposed to. The wifi battery was good, it lasted all day, only we had to turn it off for charging, as it was losing battery faster than recharging. The conncetion speed was great. No complaints. It was really convenient and made our trip a lot easier. The company's communication was super fast, too, they would reply even in the middle of the night, and they refunded us for the lost day. Overall a good experience, would buy again.

Perfect Wi-Fi, works perfect during all my time in Japan!

I took a gamble on this one and ordered for our Japan trip in August and it worked out well. The one star lacking is because of the tendency of the pocket wifi to drop the connection whenever we are (1) underground, in a subway/train platform and (2) whenever we are in a shinkansen. Both reasons are understandable since we (1) are underground and cellular signal normally doesn't go through and (2) we are moving fast in a shinkansen so there's normally no signal.

Overall, our experience is great. An emphasis on the device loaned to us - the battery life is amazing. We would turn it on before we leave our hotel for the day of our tour and just charge it back when we go home to the hotel and it still has a few charge left. Japan Wireless also bundles a powerbank with your pocket wifi rental so it is very helpful.

Will I rent again? Definitely my go-to company whenever we go back to Japan.

the signal was not so good in some places but the service is very good and easy to use.

Either was it to find our way or our hotel, to dialogue with the people or to be in contact with our relatives, we can't travel Japan without internet connection. the Premium Wi-fi was the perfect ally to travel safe and unpreocuppied,

I am very happy on the rental wifi tool which I used during my vacation. For sure, when I will visit again Japan, I will rent again the same tool!

From the start, the collection was fairly simple, using and connecting was simple,
The device was nice small and light weight, the wifi itself was great had no problem with connection except certain points on the subways (but its to be expected underground)
The battery lasted basically all day 0800-2000.
Drop off was nice and simple too,
Excellent device would highly recommend.
