Nothing to complain about, the price is very reasonable, the speed and coverage are good (enough to watch 1080p YouTube videos if you pay for Premium wifi).

Customer support is good too, last time when I had a defective pocket wifi which constantly disconnected every few minutes they replaced it the next day by delivering a new one at my hotel.

Returning it is also super easy since they have pre-packaged an envelope, you just need to drop everything at a post-box before leaving (available at the airport)

Every time I visit Japan I book this device from Japan wireless. Easy to pick upon arrival and easy to drop when leaving Japan. Then you can use your phone and internet as if you were home. For me, no question. When I book my ticket I also book a wifi pocket from Japan Wireless.
