Easy to order, pick up and return. Strong and consistent wireless service throughout our trip. We used one device for about 3 devices while on the go (site seeing etc). Highly recommend!

The process of pick up and return was super easy and convenient at Narita Terminal 1. I was able to connect to wifi instantly. I had zero connectivity issues for the duration of my trip. I was pleasantly surprised to have been provided a battery pack as well which came in handy on my long tour days! I would recommend Japan Wireless to anyone looking to have access to wifi in Japan. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Excellent coverage . Battery life can be longer but overall I would reccomend it.

The device arrived to my hotel the day before I did. Set up was so easy. We had 4 devices connected most of the time and had no issues with reception/connection throughout our holiday. Definitely a must have and so easy to return at the airport too.
