Easy to book online. Payment upfront. Acquiring the product simply upon arrival. Strong internet connection in Tokyo and Osaka. Slight around Nara Kyoto Nagoya. Need to charge daily as we were heavy user. Overall great product and will use it again for future trip

Excellent customer service! Flight was delayed and I couldn’t get to the service desk at Narita to pick up the pocket wifi. No worries as they quickly organised delivery of the pocket wifi to my hotel and it was waiting for me on arrival! No issues with connection and strong signal throughout my stay in Japan. Highly recommend!

Wifi was very useful and reliable. Although the charger socket was loose and we had to use a different wire.

We used this pocket WiFi for our three week trip in Japan. It worked really well, was easy to set up and lasted all day with two people using it. We noticed if we were browsing the web (such as on the Shinkansen) the battery ran low but the backup battery was enough to get us through the day. We highly recommend this and will use it again on our next trip to Japan!

Es perfecto tanto para turismo como para trabajar. Funciona en cualquier zona. A veces pierde la conexión, pero es algo normal, lo apagas y enciendes y vuelve a funcionar. La batería del dispositivo dura bastante y es cómodo cargarlo con una batería externa. Siempre repito cuando voy a Japón! Muchas gracias.
