WiFi was easy to use and return. Only challenge was limited ability to connect at many places throughout Disneyland and Disney Sea so had to purchase cellular coverage for those days in addition to the WiFi. Battery lasted about 6 hrs with 3 devices regularly using internet so just had to make sure to recharge with the portable power while eating lunch each day. Would consider again for a future trip.

It was with us throughout our 10-day trip, it wasn't heavy, and it came with a powerbank, so we didn't have any charging problems. Throughout the day, 3 phones and 1 tablet were constantly connected, and there was no drop in speed. We picked it up at Kansai Airport and sent it back by mail at Tokyo Narita Airport. Everything was very easy, super service, thank you.

Ordered the pocket WiFi and it was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel. Instructions included and very easy to set up and go. The WiFi never failed and made life very easy for us, using for translation, maps, calls through apps etc etc. At the end of our holiday just popped everything into the envelope provided and dropped it into post box at the airport.

The whole process easy from ordering online, picking up, user friendly & returning. Used for a family of 4 and never had problems. We commuted a lot by train, bullet train, subway& walking ( Tokyo, Mnt Fuji, Osaka, Kyoto) and never lost connection .

Works well. Only complain is near the end of day battery drained is down to 15%. If I stay out late have to use the supplied external battery pack.
