Picking up the device was super convenient as it was located at the airport terminal of our choice. The actual WiFi experience was excellent with no issues. Returning the device was super easy as well, you just drop it in the mailbox located in the airport. 10/10 would recommend.

I rented this unit for 2 weeks and it never died on me. One charge during the night and you are good to go all day. Lightweight and not bulky at all! Next time I’m going to Japan I will most definitely get this again.

Easy to purchase, was at the hotel waiting for us as requested, easy to use, charge and small enough to carry around without noticing. Internet was always good no matter the location. Charge every night before bed and it will last the whole next day! Easy to send back. Will use again!

First time to Japan, booked the portable Wifi on line from Australia. The unit was waiting for us at Haneda airport. No problems setting it up or using it to find our way around Tokyo. Posted the unit back in pre paid envelope and had confirmation email to say it was received. Would recommend anyone visiting Japan to pre book the Wifi.

The only challenge we had was finding the right pick-up point at the airport. The devices, the service while traveling throughout Japan and the ease in dropping them in the mailboxes when completed - was super!

If you're not familiar with KXI airport, you may get lost.Just go towards where you buy tickets and board the train. The WiFI was great!!! The connection was reliable, set up was easy, and the battery last.
