Easy to use, great signal for multiple devices. The desk was slightly difficult to find in Kansai airport but after asking someone it was fine. Easy to return in a postbox.

Worked very well during my trip to several cities in Japan

We had a great experience. We picked up the devices at the Kansai airport. And mailed it back when we left from Itami airport. It's very convenient. The signal is very good, even when we are in the Rikko maintains. It's very hand for the whole family. Highly recommended!

The Wifi was delivered to the hotel. And worked properly the whole time.
We returned by post box and it was as simple as promised.

We were very pleasantly surprised that the devices we rented lasted for a very full day of activities. We rented 2 in case we got separated and at the end of the day (8am-10pm), both devices were still on! It was extremely helpful to always be connected to WiFi especially when we needed to look up directions or research restaurants. Pick up and return were super easy too. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Japan.

Used this for our 2 week trip to Japan. Cities visited included Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Kanazawa. This device kept us reliably connected to wifi everywhere. Convenient pick up and drop off, too. Easy to use.
