Found Japan Wireless online when I was looking for the ability to access the internet while traveling in Japan. Making the purchase and having it delivered to my hotel before I arrived was simple and cost effective. Worked great and was glad to have the battery backup to get me through some long days. Would highly recommend this device to anyone needing continuous access to wifi and not wanting to deal with a phone.

I used the pocket router for two weeks, it was worth every penny! My family and I had constant connectivity for all our devices while in proximity of the router which I carried in my backpack. Without it, we would have accumulated an enormous mobile phone bill. It maintained a good strong signal everywhere we went. I won't travel Japan without it.

We arranged this wireless from NTA Sachi Tours in Sydney to pick up at Haneda Airport to enable us to get to our hotel seamlessly as it was late at night. We had great connectivity throughout our trip and can highly recommend this device/service

Picked up at the airport, very easy to install, clear instructions, worked well for the entire trip. Only two of us using and never had any issues. Dropped off at the mailbox outside of the train station and received notice the next day they had received it. Amazing efficiency in Japan.

We check the option of e-sim and this, finally take the pocket wifi, is small and you can carry easy, the batery is fine for the entire day and is cheaper than the e-sims, for us was the best option.
