I was very happy with the Wifi device from Japan Wireless. It worked everywhere I went to in Japan, including some very remote places in Shikoku and Kyushu.

As last time (two years ago), everything worked smoothly with receiving and also returning the wireless device. Speed and connection of internet was good throughout the rental time.

I rented a pocket Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless at Haneda Airport, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Pickup was quick and efficient, and the Wi-Fi connection remained fast and reliable throughout my two-week stay in Japan. I experienced no issues with the device at all.

The return process was equally straightforward. The package included clear, step-by-step instructions and a prepaid return envelope. Before heading through TSA for my international flight, I found a red mailbox at Haneda and easily dropped off the return package. Within 24 hours, I received a confirmation that Japan Wireless had received the device.

Overall, the experience was hassle-free and convenient, making it one of the easiest tech rentals I’ve ever used.

We are so grateful that friends recommended that we order a wireless WiFi spot and a translator before we arrived in Japan. It was easy to pick up Hakeda Airport and drop in a post box at Itami Airport.

Arrived on time and without any issues. The only problem I had was that the battery didn’t hold a recharge for more than a few hours. Using the mobile battery solved the issue, but it did add weight, of course, and there were times I was temporarily without WiFi dealing with this. I’ve used Japan Wireless many times and always had a reliably excellent experience. I’m sure I’ll use this service again in the future, but I hope battery life is more thoroughly checked before sending Pocket WiFi units to customers.
