I have no issues with it the entire time. The battery last all day that I have never used the portable battery.

Rented the Pocket WiFi (Unlimited Data) for about two weeks and a few days. WiFi signal and network/mobile reception was solid except in places where you'd expect to run into problems (basement floors of stores where signal is limited anyway). A USB charging cable, AC Adapter, and thin battery/power bank was also included, which was useful if the Pocket WiFi was low on power. Highly recommended if you want to have multiple devices online (not just your phone, but portable video game console, laptop, etc). Return process was straightforward (they include a postage-paid envelope to return the equipment), and I dropped mine off at the postal box at Haneda Airport, before checking in for my flight.

Ordered online,picked up wifi package from the counter at the airport was easy along with returning it by placing everything back in a returning envelope at the airport post box before going through to the terminals. 10/10 would order again!

Easy to order online, reliable delivery (was ready at the hotel for us to pick up), device worked well during our trip (good network service everywhere we went in Tokyo), & easy to mail back in pre-addressed envelope. We will definitely order through Japan Wireless again!
