I have used Japan Wireless for the last 7 years of traveling to Japan and I have never been disappointed. Items arrive early or on time to the requested arrival delivery address. The #1 reason I keep coming back is because they use the SoftBank network which to me has been the most reliable network to use when traveling in Japan. If you are only going to be in Tokyo you might not notice a difference, but if you are planning on going outside of Tokyo such as Fukuoka, Iwakuni, Fukushima, then you will regret being on a different network.

The pocket wifi does run out of battery if you are streaming videos (my 3 year old wanted to watch Gabby's Dollhouse), but thank goodness they provide a battery pack!

Easy to order, pick up, and drop off. Had coverage all of the time. Battery kept its charge for the whole day; only had to use the portable charger once and that was at Tokyo Disneyland. Second device lost connection a couple of times but easy to reconnect.

We rented the WiFi from Japan Wireless for our 3 week holiday...absolutely fabulous.
Delivered to our initial hotel,easy to set up,always had WiFi and easily posted back at airport.
Will certainly use again on our next visit.

We had this for 3 weeks and had no issues connecting both our phones and iPad. The battery lasted well and we only needed to use the provided power bank a small number of times.

The pick up and drop off was quick and easy. And the service was phenomenal, had no issues while traveling all over Japan!!!

Easy and quick pick up at airport. Wifi Connection to different mobile phones and tablets done in less than a minute. All over Japan we had super and quick internet. Return at airport in a post Mail Box gave us access to internet until the end of the trip. For us the best choice in case of using different devices and having unlimited data volume. Our trip has been 17 days.

Good job we didn’t have to use the external batterie but nearly. So it’s good to have it. The counter at the arrival wasn’t at the terminal where we have landed so it was a little bit difficult to find it.
