Overall - great company. Got to my hotel and the device was there. Battery lasted longer than expected. However, make sure you have an extra charger so you can charge it. It was simple to return. Return envelop was included and it was easy. FYI hotels have postal drop offs.
Japan Wireless delivered the device to the hotel. It was easy to set up and functioned well to support three devices. The battery charged lasted about 10 hours and they included a battery pack to recharge. The pre-addressed and pre-paid envelope made for an easy return, especially with the hotel staff assisting in the mailing.
The device was very easy to use. You simply switch it on, connect, and that’s it.
It worked perfectly everywhere we went in Japan, with a reliable connection at all times. The only thing to remember is to keep the battery charged.

Process to order is very easy. Product worked well everywhere we went in Japan (Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Tokyo). Would definitely use this company again!
Very convenient to rent and return. Needed to extend and the company is very accommodating. AC outlet was a little worn and took a while to figure out device was not charging, but otherwise a great investment on my 2 trips.
It was absolutely essential to have portable WiFi during our trip to Japan. I had to reboot it 4 times in the 2 weeks I had it. And I was surprised how little time the device would hold charge. I had it connected to the portable charger all the time.
Overall I’m very happy having your device in Japan. I would definitely get it again on my next trip.
