We booked it through the website and picked it in Osaka airport, it worked perfectly (a couple of times one of us lost the connection and we just restarted it). Never used the free power bank as the pocket wifi lasted from morning to evening (but we used it for our own phones). Sent back in Narita (Post box 2F IIRC) before leaving. Absolutely recommended!

All instructions needed were available, including pick-up, use, and return. It provided a good amount of signal for 4-6 devices at a time pretty much anywhere we went around Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Highly recommend.

using this was a breeze and so beneficial specially on trains and long days, i'd turn it on and place it in my bag and wont even notice its there, the connectivity was amazing in fact it worked very well even in densely populated places like dotonbori or disneyland, the fact that i never had to use the provided power bank even once was very liberating

It was the best thing we did. We ordered 2 personal WiFi sets and our family of 4 adults were connected and able to communicate freely throughout our 10 day holiday. The continuous WiFi service for our devices was also a great benefit. We stayed in Sapporo, traveled to Otaru, and also stayed in Jozankei. Our package was sent directly to our hotel upon arrival and the drop off box at the airport was also convenient and simple. Highly recommended!

Me and my wife have ordered your product a few times, everytime we visit Japan. We love how easy it is to order it for the period of time we need it and being able to pick it up at the hotel early to get connected.
The service is reliable and nationwide. So important to us as we search for hotel locations, tour spots, food places and routes to get back. We don't travel via agencies, preferring to explore the country ourselves. That's where having an internet connection is important.
