Very good service, easy to use, and convenient delivery and return service.

Once again Japan Wireless delivered great service. The only issue was when we received the unit it wasn’t totally charged which caused us to carry the charger around for the first day’s usage. Other than that very satisfied.

Everything worked as expected--the WIFI router worked perfectly (definitely the easiest way to keep all my family's devices connected). Pick-up was smooth (once I found the right kiosk), and the mail-based drop-off was easy.

Perfect Service…..Very good for Travel

I rented the device for about twenty days and it was completely worth it!
I needed to make some call and video meetings, and not once did I have problems with the signal during my stay in Japan.
Even in more remote places, such as atop of Zao Ropeway or in the middle of Nakasendo trail, I still had solid access to internet. Highly recommended!
