We recently used it in Japan on a tour from Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. What I liked was the delivery and the return was very simple. A list of materials was included and all I had to do was pop everything in a pouch and mail it from the airport. So , so simple! I would use this service again. Everyone used the wifi, there was 10 of us, so it was worth it!

Delivered to hotel. Easy to mail back at airport with self enclosed envelope. Very reasonable, great speed and so useful!

Renting a portable WiFi from Japan Wireless on our recent trip to Japan was the best thing we did!

Japan Wireless team was very helpful and patient. It was easy to pick up and dropped off the package at the Narita airport. The Premium Wi-Fi was awesome, fast and internet was always available wherever we visited. The only concern I have is the pocket wifi gets hot fast.

Everytime I travel to Japan I always make sure to get Japan wireless as my pocket wifi provider. Until my next trip in Japan.
