Wish they would give some time to send back the unit since sometimes people would forget and send it back from they country,

Renting a pocket wifi during our stay in Japan was a great decision. The process was easy and the pocket wifi was at our hotel when we checked in. It was lightweight enough for me to carry it in my purse and being able to have continual internet access was so convenient, especially when finding our way around the cities. To return it, all we had to do was place everything in the envelop provided and the hotel clerk dropped it in the mail for us. We definitely would use Japan Wireless again.
