Awesome service and great internet

It was perfect! We ordered a few weeks before the trip and it was waiting for us at Osaka Kansai. The hotspot was awesome and battery lasted all day!
Can't wait to order again for our next trip!

Easy to use. Highly recommended

Requested the pocket wifi be delivered to our hotel, it was waiting for us on our arrival. Easy to use and carry, fast speed, and allowed us to look at emails, social media and maps etc whenever we needed, and wherever we were. It never let us down. Dropped it in the post box at the airport on the way home, I’d strongly recommend this product when visiting Japan.

Everything ok I like it

The service was incredible, the navigation speed is very fast, it doesn't fail, the battery of the device is durable, and the extra battery is perfect for services like GPS, maps and camera use.

Very easy to use and necessary especially around subway stations. Also service was great and it was sent to our hotel before the requested time and date.

So grateful we used japan wireless. Definitely cant recommend them enough
